Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room I got, though spacious and well-equipped, was on the 4th floor without elevators, which was a bit tough. On the bright side, the location was perfect for exploring Puerto Vallarta, but the service was lacking, with unhelpful staff redirecting me to third parties. The dining offered some good choices, especially in the morning, and the grounds were beautifully maintained.
Overlooking the pool, my room was huge and had its own access point and router, making it very spacious and clean. While it's a serviced apartment without a stove, just a microwave, the accommodations were comfortable overall.
The hotel's rooms were just as described on their website, with a printed confirmation. The service, while kind, had limitations with some staff redirecting responsibilities. The location had beautiful grounds and interesting local activities. The dining experience offered good variety but may not satisfy those seeking authentic local cuisine.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious but poorly arranged, lacking essential amenities like a blow dryer and a microwave. Despite some imperfections, the size of the room was impressive. The service was generally friendly and efficient, although there were occasional language barriers. The location was convenient for certain activities, but not ideal for exploring on foot. The dining options were decent but lacked local cuisine choices. Overall, the facilities met basic needs, but there were areas that could be improved.
The hotel is a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms are spacious, with great air-conditioning, but some areas need improvement like the noisy air conditioner and bathroom condition. On the bright side, the pool and gardens are delightful.
The hotel was great with spacious rooms that had lots of light and overhead fans, albeit with some imperfections. It was conveniently located just 2 blocks from the supermarket, making it very roomy and comfortable. The access point and router in the room added a modern touch.
